Based out of our beautiful national capital region, Corven Solutions is a small, Ottawa-based consulting firm, specializing in solutions for small and medium businesses.
I was moved to create Corven Solutions when I heard the word “synergy” one too many times. Working for big corporate companies, I was frustrated with the pace of change (too slow), the many barriers I faced (too many layers) and the cultural problems I encountered daily (too ego-driven). I wanted to work with others who thrived off fixing things fast, helping the small and medium businesses that make up the heart of Canada’s economy.
As a small business owner myself, I understand that you’re not looking for some slide deck filled with jargon, you’re looking for someone who really gets to the heart of the issue at hand, and who works with you to find solutions that you can implement quickly, without breaking the bank. With over 20 years of experience providing root cause diagnostics and re-engineering processes and data structures for companies in the private and public sectors, I am confident I can help.
